Well we have achieved our best result yet we have five awards listed in the final of the Student Nursing Times Awards with the winners to be announced on May 7th.
The awards are:
Partnership of the Year for our partnership with Thornley House Patient Group led by Jacqui Gladwin
CareMaker of the Year Ruth Perez Merino S12 student
Return to Practice Programme of the Year led by Jackie Cash
Best Provider (pre-registration)
Teaching Innovation (Research Flasmobs, Anne-Marie Borneuf)

The MMU pose are descending on London this week to do battle in presenting their reasons for why they should win the partnership of the year, Caremaker and return to practice. & Dan Nelson from S12, Jacqui Gladwin and Marilyn Gollam from the Thornley House Medical Centre kicked off today with their speaking from the heart campaign outlining how fantastic the patient partnership is. We also had the opportunity today to present to HSJ Rising Stars at the Royal College of GPs . All opportunities to raise our profile. Three categories in the final partnership of the year. Return to Practice and Caremakef of the year. Good luck to all attending their presentations to the judges this week. Looking forward to the ceremony on the 7th May where we hope to be successful.
